1. Who Is Eligible

2. What Gets Refunded
We refund the amount paid for your first billing period to your original payment method.
Examples:
- Monthly plan: full first month refunded.
- Annual plan: full annual payment refunded.
- Quarterly plan: full quarterly payment refunded.
Refunds are issued in the same currency used during checkout.
Please note that bank fees, exchange rate differences, or payment processor charges outside our control are not refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. What Happens After a Refund

- This policy operates on a good-faith basis, and repeated abuse or failure to comply may result in the refund being reversed.
- Unpublished drafts and account data may be retained for up to 30 days for export requests, then permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Fair Use Policy
The Money-Back Guarantee is intended to help new customers evaluate Jolo risk-free - not to use the platform extensively at no cost.
Refund requests may be denied in cases including:
- Creating multiple accounts tied to the same person, business, payment method, or IP address to claim the guarantee more than once.
- Using Jolo primarily to generate, export, publish, or automate large volumes of content before requesting a refund.
- Generating more than 14 SEO articles before submitting a refund request. The guarantee is designed for evaluation purposes, not free bulk content production.
- Excessive usage during the refund period that is inconsistent with normal product testing, including unusually high-volume content generation, social posting, customer support automation, or workflow activity.
- Accounts registered with materially false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Refund requests associated with fraudulent payments, stolen cards, or chargeback abuse.
If we deny a refund request for any of the above reasons, we will explain the decision in writing.
6. Re-Subscribing
You are welcome to return to Jolo at any time after cancelling.
The Money-Back Guarantee is limited to one use per customer or business.
7. Your Rights
Nothing in this guarantee limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
If local laws provide additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights continue to apply.
